"Recently stayed at one of the White Peaks apartments, could not fault it at all, the hospitality of Daniel & Desi was beyond excellent, themselves and the manager could not have done anymore to make our stay anymore enjoyable, gave lots of advice and recommendations on where to visit and eat etc. nothing was too much trouble, would highly recommend..."

The skiing conditions are excellent with the Pirin Mountain having predominantly Alpine character with 3 peaks towering above 2900m. The slopes offer runs for all types of skier and snowboarder, from novice to expert. There are 14 pistes totalling 70km including a 16km run, plus cross country, off piste and even night skiing down the old mountain road. The mountain is served by a high speed gondola and a network of lifts for complete access.
There are runs to suit all abilities, approximate spead is as follows: 30% beginners, 45% advanced and 35% expert.
Natural snow conditions can last into the middle of April. Though Bansko does have 59 fixed and portable snow cannons in place guaranteeing conditions until the end of April
For snowboarders there's a half pipe which was built for the first time for the 2005/06 ski season It now has a brand new pipe dragon and shapers from some of the bigger European resorts. The park is well designed and has good progression for everybody. A good mixture of kickers ranging in size from beginner to advanced and some good rails from ride on wide bars to gap flat downs.
